ts seems unbelievable to think that we’ve hit the half term mark for 2024, and what a busy and inspiring first half it has been for the food, beverage and packaging industry! I am writing this after attending the Food Safety Summit hosted in Johannesburg where leaders and professionals in the field highlighted that food safety doesn’t have boundaries – every link from feed, seed, farm to fork matters.
